As a Maintenance Engineer within the MRO team, you will work at the forefront of innovations in asset & maintenance management for industry and defense.
What will you do?
You'll be supporting our clients with asset and maintenance management issues. You will support the maintenance team in solving complex technical and organisational maintenance issues. You're hands-on, you collaborate on solutions, and you develop yourself into an asset & maintenance management expert.
In addition, you have a good view of the possibilities of using technology in maintenance. You think along with us about innovative solutions in the field of maintenance science & technology. Your ideas create value for future customers and you know how to translate your idea into demonstrable products. You work closely with your colleagues from other disciplines within NLR.
Your creativity combined with a sense of structured work comes through. You work with colleagues to solve the customer's demand, and you take pride in what you accomplish together.
What you bring?
Affinity with asset & maintenance management.
Master degree, for example in aerospace or a related field.
Ideally, experience in the asset & maintenance management.
A proactive, problem solving and hands-on team player mindset, but be able to work independently.
Ambition to grow into a maintenance management expert.
Sense of market opportunities, innovation and product development.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken (B2 level).
